Placements24 is seeking a creative and data-driven Remote Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email initiatives. This fully remote position allows you to work from any location, focusing on developing compelling campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and sales for an online retailer.

You will manage strategy, segmentation, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, leveraging best practices, automation, and list management to maximize deliverability and ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with marketing automation concepts and tools is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Create, segment, and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Design, write, and deploy engaging email campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, transactional emails, and automated workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart).
• Optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs for maximum open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage the A/B testing of various email elements to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Ensure email campaigns are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., POPIA) and maintain high deliverability rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
