You will translate strategy into scalable, compliant execution and manage delivery across business units. This role partners with Email Strategy, Audience & Programs, and Martech teams to ensure accurate, timely campaigns, strong governance, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in email marketing and lifecycle communications.
• Experience building and leading marketing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and best practices.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, compliant execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of email campaigns, lifecycle programs, and automated communications across business units.
• Oversee deployment processes, quality assurance, and post-launch support to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish scalable workflows, governance, and quality controls to meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Partner with strategy, audience & programs, and Martech teams to optimize processes and automation.
