Job summary

Philadelphia-based nonprofit is seeking a digital specialist to assist the digital lead with overflow of work. This remote, part-time role runs 20 hours weekly and starts immediately, renewing every six months.

You will create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Pardot templates, manage dynamic content and segmentation, and maintain lists with IT and departments. Analytics and website updates support campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing automation tools (Pardot/MallChimp/Marketo).
• HTML proficiency, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite; Salesforce and CMS experience.
• High attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication with departments, members, senior management, and vendors.
• Flexible to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Pardot templates.
• Manage dynamic content, lists, and segmentation to personalize messaging.
• Maintain and segment email distribution lists with IT and other departments.
• Use analytics dashboards and website analytics for reporting.
• Update and maintain website content aligned with campaigns.
• Support other digital marketing activities including intranet and portals.
