Zusammenfassung

Optimize Consulting LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid campaigns and CRM management for nonprofit and B2B clients. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, handling ad placement, segmentation, and automated workflows, while contributing SEO and analytics insights.

You will join client calls, review performance, and propose data-driven optimizations. You report to the VP of Client Services and operate fully remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads and Meta).
• Strong CRM skills in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable platform.
• Ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations for clients and KAMs.
• Diligence: check work before it goes live and catch problems earlier.
• Strong organization and ability to track tasks across multiple accounts.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Key Account Managers on each account to align digital work with client goals and provide data-driven updates.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and sponsored content.
• Manage client CRMs: build segments, email campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Virtuous, and Brevo.
• Improve search visibility via keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical fixes.
• Set up and maintain tracking/analytics so clients see channel performance and revenue impact.
• Join client meetings to review performance, explain results, and recommend changes.
