Job summary

Indiana Digital Learning School is seeking a remote English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher to support a K-12 program and provide professional development and family services. This full-time role requires a home office setup and availability for 40+ hours per week, typically 9–5 or as defined by the school.

You will apply language acquisition principles to program development, assist with compliance, and collaborate with administrators to support teachers and monitor student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new technologies and teaching platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide ELL K-12 program administration, professional support and training.
• Deliver rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
• Advise administration to ensure state and federal compliance.
• Support learning coaches/parents and communicate with families regularly.
• Travel for monthly face-to-face professional development as required.
