Job summary

Pearson is seeking a remote English Language Learning Sales Representative to drive revenue, expand market share, and increase adoption of digital ELL solutions. You will uncover opportunities, develop new accounts, and build long-term partnerships with educators and institutions.

The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and portfolio knowledge to solve instructional challenges and improve learner outcomes, with about 65% travel to campuses and schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales within adult or higher education.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Use a mix of in-person and virtual outreach to engage 15+ decision-makers daily.
• Proactively prospect and pursue new business opportunities with a hunter mindset.
• Plan territory and accounts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Present, sell, and negotiate Pearson’s digital and print ELL solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding, and training for long-term adoption.
