About the Role

Our client is a globally recognized leader in athletic development, seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Elite Athletic Coach for a fully remote position. This role is designed for an individual passionate about unlocking the full potential of elite athletes through personalized, data-driven coaching methodologies. You will work with a diverse roster of high-caliber athletes, providing expert guidance on training, nutrition, mental conditioning, and performance optimization. Leveraging cutting-edge virtual communication tools and performance tracking software, you will deliver bespoke coaching programs that cater to the unique needs of each athlete, irrespective of their location. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in a specific sport or multiple athletic disciplines, a proven track record of success with elite performers, and the ability to inspire and motivate remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized, remote athletic training programs for elite athletes.
• Utilize performance data and analytics to inform coaching decisions and track athlete progress.
• Provide expert guidance on strength and conditioning, skill development, and tactical strategy.
• Offer insights and support in areas of sports psychology, nutrition, and recovery.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions with athletes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and technologies in sports science and coaching.
• Collaborate with athletes' support teams (e.g., agents, medical staff) as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of athlete training and progress.

Requirements

• Extensive coaching experience at an elite or professional level in a specific sport (e.g., athletics, football, swimming, cycling).
• Demonstrated success in developing athletes to achieve peak performance.
• Proficiency with remote coaching platforms, video analysis tools, and performance tracking software.
• In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports nutrition, and psychology.
• Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Relevant coaching certifications and accreditations are essential.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
