Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, periodized training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of athletes.
• Conduct remote assessments of athletes' physical capabilities, including strength, power, speed, and endurance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and motivation to athletes through video calls, messaging platforms, and performance tracking software.
• Educate athletes on principles of strength and conditioning, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as needed to ensure optimal development and performance.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in sports science and performance coaching.

Requirements

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Physiology, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, SCCC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience coaching athletes at collegiate, professional, or elite amateur levels.
• Proficiency with remote coaching platforms, video analysis software, and athlete management systems.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• A strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and training principles relevant to sports performance .
