Job summary

Delta Waterfowl Foundation is seeking a Website & Multimedia Coordinator to craft, update, and maintain engaging content across websites, emails, digital media, and print materials. You will work closely with the Website and Communications Manager and Marketing team to ensure content is accurate, timely, and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in graphic design, web design, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of CMS, email platforms, and SEO/basic analytics.
• Strong proofreading and content optimization abilities for digital and print.
• Ability to work with the public and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and update website pages, posts, digital content, emails, and print materials.
• Maintain and administer Delta’s websites with content publishing and links.
• Support strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and email subscribers.
• Craft engaging email content, format, imagery, and brand alignment.
• Manage Delta’s email service through Higher Logic, including lists and scheduling.
• Collaborate with managers to execute digital plans and campaigns.
• Monitor digital trends and share opportunities with the team.
• Analyze website and email performance metrics for improvements.
• Assist with photography, videography, events, campaigns, and multimedia projects.
• Keep digital assets organized and accessible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
