Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator to drive launches of eight Region Board websites and support eight Regional Meeting informational sites. You will perform content audits, migration planning, and publishing in AEM, while ensuring WCAG accessibility and coordinating stakeholders.

Remote contract role with a focus on governance, SOPs, and documentation to improve long-term site operations and efficiency. W2 benefits apply for eligible consultants.

• Ability to perform content inventories and audits.
• CMS publishing and page configuration proficiency.
• Content governance and process documentation.
• Accessibility and QA reviews aligned to WCAG.

• Process improvement and SOP creation.

Responsibilities

• Launch eight Region Board websites with content audits, preparation, publishing, accessibility reviews, and QA.
• Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for conferences.
• Plan and execute content migrations with inventories and tracking docs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to maintain timelines.
• Conduct WCAG accessibility and QA reviews with documented outcomes.
• Prepare launch readiness checklists and provide launch support.
• Establish governance, workflows, and SOPs for long-term site operations.
• Configure pages and publish content in the CMS within established templates.
• Organize information architecture and improve processes for content operations.
