Manomet seeks a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive digital communications and marketing efforts across channels. You will manage the website, email content, and campaigns, collaborating with the External Relations Team and program staff to tell compelling conservation stories.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration, and translating scientific information into engaging digital content, with a hybrid remote work option and a strong mission focus.

Formación

• 4+ years in digital communications, marketing, nonprofit communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing websites (WordPress), email platforms (Constant Contact), social channels, and content management.
• Graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Cloud and producing high-quality branded materials.
• Experience with Google Analytics and interpreting performance reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Manomet’s website and email content, applying basic accessibility and SEO practices.
• Support marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital ads, and fundraising content.
• Coordinate campaign materials, timelines, landing pages, emails, social content, and promos.
• Assist with production of digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate vendors and production partners (printers, photographers, videographers).
• Provide technical support for webinars and maintain a marketing/content calendar.
• Support internal communications and fundraising campaigns across departments.
