ORC is seeking a Right of Way Professional- Utilities Agent to join our Denver, CO team. The role offers flexibility to work from home within a 50-mile radius and requires travel around Colorado about 50% of the time. You will support project managers, acquire ROW rights, and prepare real estate documents.

Salary bands reflect three agent levels. The position offers a full-time, exempt schedule with weekly office reporting from ORC’s Denver location.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Notary or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Smartphone required to access ORC’s systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations.
• Support the Project Manager and project team members.
• Prepare real estate documents.
• Conduct property research for ownership and boundary information.
• Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition.
• Perform general administrative tasks that keep projects moving.
