Job summary

The Department of Transportation is seeking three Principal Administrative Associate Level 2 positions to supervise the Automated Enforcement Unit. You will oversee camera technicians and the processing of Notices of Liability for red light, speed, bus lane, and other violations.

Strong leadership, written and verbal communication are essential. Responsibilities include scheduling, timesheet oversight, overtime monitoring, auditing procedures, and HR tasks related to supervision.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and three years of clerical/administrative experience, one year in a supervisory capacity.
• An associate degree (or 60 credits) and four years of clerical/administrative experience, including one year supervisory.
• A four-year high school diploma or equivalent and five years of clerical/administrative experience, including one year supervisory.
• Education/experience equivalent to the above, with one year of supervisory experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Supervise camera technicians reviewing footage and approving/rejecting violations.
• Oversee issuance of Notices of Liability for violations.
• Perform random quality assurance checks and compile statistical reports.
• Schedule workloads, manage timesheets and monitor overtime.
• Handle HR duties associated with supervising staff.
