Job summary

Markon Solutions is seeking a Subcontractor Site Representative (STR) to oversee construction field activities at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory Knolls site. You will manage subcontracts from conception through closeout and provide field oversight to ensure safety, quality, and compliance while interfacing with the contractor's project manager.

This role requires regular onsite work with up to 20% remote work and an active DOE L clearance (or higher).

Qualifications

• Must have an active DOE L clearance (or secret and above).
• Field construction experience.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, maintenance, and site-services subcontracts from conception through closeout.
• Provide field oversight of subcontractor performance, compliance, quality, and safety per OSHA and site requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface with the contractor's project manager.
• Review plans and procedures; provide guidance to subcontractors.
• Document subcontractor performance throughout project execution.
