Job summary

Markon is seeking a Project Analyst to support Naval Nuclear Laboratory construction projects in Niskayuna, NY, with potential site support in OH. This role provides project controls, schedules, and performance monitoring across projects from $3M to $80M, guiding risk analysis and management throughout the lifecycle.

The position requires regular onsite work at Niskayuna with up to 10% remote capability and an active DOE L clearance (DoD secret or higher may be considered).

Qualifications

• Active DOE L clearance required; DoD secret or above may be considered.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software, preferably Primavera.
• Experience managing and analyzing financial information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules.
• Track project plans and monitor progress using PM techniques.
• Conduct project risk analysis and mitigation.
• Prepare and submit project reports.
• Support change controls and performance metrics.
