Responsibilities

• Manages special serviced loans and portfolios of mid to high complexity to minimize losses and optimize resolutions.
• Gathers financial data, prepares analysis, and develops workout strategies and alternatives.
• Negotiates workout options with customers and partners to reduce risks and losses.
• Evaluates cash flow, balance sheets, and long-term plans; conducts site inspections for properties.
• Collaborates with internal/external partners, including outside counsel, on negotiations and documentation.
