Responsibilities

• Manages special serviced loans and portfolios of mid to high complexity to minimize losses.
• Gathers financial data, analyzes and develops workout strategy and alternatives.
• Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses.
• Performs site inspections for properties managed by special assets.
