Job summary

Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Site Civil Engineer to support multidisciplinary design teams on industrial, site development, and related projects across multiple U.S. locations.

This role involves leading senior and junior staff, coordinating with project managers, and delivering constructible designs. The position requires a civil engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a PE license (or reciprocity within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 5+ years general civil engineering experience with site development emphasis.
• Professional Engineer license in the assigned state or able to reciprocate within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects for industrial, site development, and related markets.
• Prepare and review complex design calculations and construction documents.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with project managers.
• Deliver cost effective, constructible designs on time and within budget.
• Review submittals and observe construction on site for conformance with plans.
