Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Sr Project Manager to direct and lead complex capital projects across manufacturing facilities. Remote work is possible, with preference for candidates near a major East Coast airport.

The role involves managing multi-million dollar projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on-time, on-budget startup and handover. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings, including automated systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading large capital projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued $10M-$100M+.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield facility projects, including automated warehouses and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale capital projects in manufacturing facilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans and govern with stage-gate processes.

Education

Engineering or Construction Management degree

PMP certification preferred
