Job summary

Graham Packaging seeks an experienced Program Manager to direct and lead enterprise-wide programs and complex projects aligned with strategic objectives. You will govern multiple related projects, coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, manage budgets, and deliver against commitments from initiation to closure.

The role offers remote work with preference for candidates near the East Coast; ideal location within 50 miles of York or Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Engineering, Business, Ops)
• PMP certification preferred; other PM certifications acceptable
• Change Management certification preferred, willingness to pursue ok

Responsibilities

• Direct program management for a portfolio of related projects and ensure governance
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans aligning interdependent schedules, budgets, and benefits
• Establish governance, decision-making forums, and operating rhythms
• Resolve cross-project conflicts, risks, and resource constraints at enterprise level
• Provide regular status updates to sponsors and senior leaders; escalate issues as needed
• Lead change management activities and ensure organizational readiness across programs
