Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit reporting, data furnishing, or related compliance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Metro 2 reporting, FCRA compliance, and e-OSCAR.
• Proven experience managing consumer disputes and credit reporting accuracy.
• Knowledge of data furnishing operations and credit bureau requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit reporting operations and accurate Metro 2 data furnishing to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA regulations, CFPB guidelines, and credit bureau requirements.
• Manage consumer disputes through e-OSCAR, including ACDV and AUD processes.
• Lead reporting quality control, compliance audits, and dispute investigations.
• Identify reporting errors, improve processes, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for credit reporting and dispute management.

RPC Company is seeking an experienced Credit Reporting Manager for a growing financial services organization in Tucson, AZ.
