Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

You will build financial models, assess target fit, and help craft deal strategies in a fast-paced, high-visibility role based in Denver or remote in the U.S. You will collaborate with product, strategy, technology, and senior leadership, manage due diligence data rooms, and present executive-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.
• Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills with a strong work ethic.
• Critical thinker with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and experience with financial modeling required.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities, including valuation and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to synthesize information and assess target fit and attractiveness.
• Summarize financial modeling and analyses for senior leadership decisions.
• Assist in structuring and managing projects from ideation through completion, including due diligence and data room management.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends, competitors, and deal activity.
