Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in institutional investing, asset management, investment consulting, or related area.
• Strong foundation in investment concepts and capital markets.
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and prudent decision-making.
• Proficiency with Excel and investment research platforms such as Bloomberg/Morningstar/eVestment.
• Attention to detail with portfolio-level thinking and strong analytical rigor.
• Commitment to continuous learning and curiosity about financial markets.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve investment research and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate market insights for investment decisions.
• Analyze a broad range of strategies and asset classes to inform portfolio construction and asset allocation.
• Develop and maintain capital market assumptions, portfolio analytics, and optimization models.
• Evaluate portfolio positioning, performance attribution, risk exposures, and investment outcomes across strategies.
• Participate in investment discussions with thoughtful analysis and new ideas.
• Research trends in defined contribution investing and institutional asset management.
• Support due diligence and monitoring of external investment managers across public and private markets.
• Leverage technology, data analytics, and AI tools to enhance research processes and investment insights.
