Lumen is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities from a Denver-based team. The role offers exposure across business areas with opportunities for career growth as you partner with senior leadership and cross-functional experts.

Ideal candidates bring strong financial modeling skills, M&A experience, and a strategic mindset. Remote candidates in the U.S. are welcome; relocation to Denver is preferred for on-site collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.
• Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Critical thinker with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the M&A process and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment/partnership opportunities, including valuation analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize data and assess target company fit.
• Summarize modeling results to inform decision makers on strengths and risks of opportunities.
• Support structuring and management of projects from ideation to completion with leadership review.
• Develop understanding of Lumen's industry and strategy to analyze opportunities and competitors.
• Maintain transaction comps database and publish executive-ready updates.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and senior leadership.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
