Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst within its Commercial Loan Administration team. You will help bankers resolve loan accounts, handle payoffs, payment histories, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy in transactions and documentation.

The role may include remote work in select locations with in-office collaboration as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, strong problem-solving, and adherence to policy, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 3+ years experience in loan administration or similar field.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile varied and moderately complex transactions per policy.
• Provide payoff/payment history and other information for client accounts.
• Collaborate with bankers to route documents and complete actions.
• Identify and resolve exceptions; escalate as needed.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Support research to improve workflow and performance.
