About the Role

As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will design, develop, and maintain complex resource-loaded schedules across hardware and software engineering programs. You will integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive Master Program Schedule while tracking dependencies and progress against overarching program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to develop and update project schedules
• Build and maintain a Master Program Schedule by integrating multiple sub-project schedules
• Develop layered schedules and Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) tied to acquisition milestones and program objectives
• Link project schedules to investment portfolios, functional areas, and overarching program plans
• Track and report on schedule linkages, dependencies, and critical path impacts
• Recommend and apply scheduling tools appropriate to program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
• Experience building and maintaining resource-loaded schedules for engineering programs involving both hardware and software development
• Experience integrating multiple project schedules into a Master Program Schedule
• Experience developing Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and layered schedule structures
• Advanced-level MS Project or Primavera training or coursework

Desired Qualifications

• AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) certification
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
• Experience scheduling programs with multiple sub-components and cross-functional dependencies
