• Support revenue cycle teams and respond to strategic initiatives to optimize patient revenue capture.
• Review payer payments and manage the appeals process in hospital and clinic settings.
• Perform contract and reimbursement variance analysis.
• Lead data-driven projects and training for information systems and A/R processes.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to policies and regulations.
