NorthBay Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst I to oversee revenue, charges, and cycle processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state rules. The role involves interpreting regulatory guidance and supporting third‑party payer contracts.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize workflows, participate in system improvements, and assist training on billing and coding practices within a dynamic health‑care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, computer sciences/software development, finance/business, math, or related field with strong data analysis background.
• HFMA CRCR certification must be obtained within nine months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor revenue, charges, and revenue cycle activities to meet goals while complying with federal and state regulations.
• Provide analytical and negotiation support for third-party payer reimbursement contracts.
• Collaborate with other Revenue Cycle Management teams to ensure efficient workflow and strong policy adherence.
• Assist with training on systems functionality, billing and coding practices, and AR management.
