Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in hospital revenue cycle operations.
• Expertise in healthcare administration, finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience using EPIC and related revenue cycle applications.
• Knowledge of coding, billing regulations, payer requirements, provider enrollment, and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports and leadership presentations.
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable information for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR analysis, reporting, and trend identification across dashboards.
• Oversee provider enrollment and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and revise department policies to align with industry standards.
• Prepare analyses and reports on revenue cycle metrics and opportunities.
• Support leadership with departmental analysis, trending, and project coordination.
• Serve as liaison between departments, IT, and external partners to optimize operations.
• Assist in developing goals, procedures, and performance standards.
• Plan and manage department-specific programs and projects.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare findings for leadership.
• Represent the department in cross‑functional meetings and with stakeholders.
