You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and data tools to identify, engage, and hand off candidates, while maintaining clean pipelines and tracking performance in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a similar outbound role.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Interest in financial services and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outreach to identify and engage prospective financial advisors.
• Utilize sourcing tools to build and manage candidate lists.
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold outreach via messaging, email, and calls.
• Generate initial candidate interest and qualify prospects for handoff.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and tracking systems.
