Alimentiv is seeking an experienced clinical research professional to oversee regional projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with CPMs, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to plan, resource, and optimize performance across assigned regions.

The role emphasizes sponsor relationship management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and process improvement to drive high-quality outcomes and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in clinical research.
• Three-year advanced college diploma or degree in Health Sciences or Clinical Research.
• Strong ability to establish sponsor relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional representative to ensure on-time, on-budget study delivery.
• Build and maintain sponsor relationships with clear communication.
• Oversee project planning and execution with CPMs and cross-functional teams.
• Review budgets, timelines, KPIs, and training plans for delivery.
• Monitor progress, risks, and performance to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
• Forecast resources and staffing for current and upcoming studies.
• Monitor vendor performance and sponsor satisfaction.
• Support team management, performance reviews, and development.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and RFPs.
