Job summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Quality Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision making within the Quality organization. You will partner with business teams to design and deliver data models and analyses that enhance Vertex delivery and oversight.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Data Science.
- Around 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to support decision-making.
- Develop data analyses, collection systems and strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Generate and maintain metrics for leadership governance of quality systems.
- Document data life cycles, sources and data custody processes.
- Design methods for collecting, storing, and reporting data from multiple systems.
- Identify projects suitable for quantitative review and continuous improvement.
