Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, statistics, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in people analytics or HR reporting.

• Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of people analytics projects that support strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and business stakeholders, including Workday reports.
• Apply statistical and experimental methods (e.g., A/B testing, regression analysis) to evaluate HR programs.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure ethical and compliant use of employee data per policy.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate data from multiple systems for holistic views.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative analytics approaches.
