Responsibilities

• Receive, review, track, and coordinate responses to public records requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to locate and gather records.
• Evaluate documents for disclosure and apply exemptions.
• Consult with legal counsel on complex requests and disclosure decisions.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and fees to requesters.
