Job summary

UW–Madison's WIDA program seeks an Outreach Program Coordinator to orchestrate professional learning engagements across virtual and in-person formats. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience coordinating programs, projects, or professional learning initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer service and building relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing data, records, or tracking systems, including CRM or database systems.
• Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events, meetings, trainings, or learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Directs the implementation of program policies and procedures.
• Coordinates virtual and in-person program operations, including facilitator assignments, participant enrollment, webinar support, data management, and resolution of operational issues.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners, providing customer service and coordinating communications related to program participation and delivery.
• Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships to promote the outreach program.
• Schedules and secures logistics and resources in support of an outreach program.
• Schedules day‑to‑day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers.
• Identifies opportunities for program improvement or new outreach program development.
