Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of safety system design and PSM requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify, recommend, and implement strategic projects to improve quality, capacity, yield, energy consumption, and process safety performance.
Collaborate with site and global teams to develop and implement solutions to operating issues.
Support process design and troubleshoot operating issues with unit specialists and other engineers.
Develop and manage KPIs for plant performance and optimize operating units.
