Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of refinery or chemical plant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with prior management experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years in operating or engineering roles in Spheripol and Catalloy; 5+ years of refinery/chemical plant management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering, Process Control and Quality Lab teams to meet production, quality, cost, safety and environmental objectives.
• Develop and supervise process, control, lab, product, utility, environmental and facility improvement programs to maximize operations and minimize costs.
• Coordinate training and development of personnel in these groups.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 certification and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
