Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Mid-Level Project Controls Specialist (P6 Scheduler) for an on-site role in Maitland, FL. The candidate will support planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and reporting on large-scale utility and EPC projects, partnering with Project Managers and controls teams.

With 4-6 years in utility/EPC and 3-5 years hands-on Primavera P6, you will develop Level 1-3 schedules, monitor progress, analyze impacts, and maintain WBS, baselines, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project controls experience in utility, power delivery, or EPC.
• 3-5 years hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong CPM, schedule development, and baseline management.
• Experience with EVM, cost control, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP, EcoSys, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor critical path, resource loading, and schedule progress.
• Prepare schedule status reports for management and clients.
• Support cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project forecasts.
• Assist with EVM, cost management, and reporting.
• Set up WBS, budgets, and track POs and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with EPC teams and project managers.
