Qualifications

• Experience with CPSI, Cerner, Oracle Health or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Post payments from insurance companies, patients, and third-party payers to accounts with high accuracy.
• Process ERA and EOB documents.
• Apply adjustments and denials per policies and payer contracts.
• Research and resolve misapplied or unidentified payments.
• Collaborate with carriers, patients, and internal departments to correct postings.
• Escalate complex discrepancies to management when needed.
