Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for the Appointment Center. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance and guide patients from first contact through final goodbye. The role aims to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a high-volume call center.

Caregivers will be stationed at the CC Administrative Campus in Beachwood, with remote work after training. Work is Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of high-touch customer service experience.
• Epic scheduling and registration training or 3 years of Epic experience; or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide scheduling and insurance verification for patients.
• Direct callers to the appropriate scheduling area and provide instructions.
• Capture and verify referrals, insurance coverage and physician data.
• Resolve scheduling issues and confirm appointments.
• Communicate scheduling instructions and directions to patients.
• Adhere to call center metrics.
