The position requires a High School diploma or GED, with IT coursework and ITIL Foundation preferred. Telework may be eligible; full-time, day shift, travel up to 30% within the Texas Panhandle.

Responsibilities

• Schedule additions/moves/changes and installations.
• Maintain network facilities and security.
• Provide user training on hardware, software, and utilities.
• Assist in supporting Local Office Infrastructure or WAN, cabling and hub installs.
