Qualifications

• ITIL Foundations and Network+ certifications preferred but not required.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident tickets and service requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Install, configure, and administer servers and network gear.
• Complete tasks within management timeframes.
• Perform project management duties and oversight.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
