Job summary

The Dart Bank is seeking a Mortgage Servicing QC Analyst in Mason, MI to perform detailed audits of servicing activity and ensure compliance with federal, state, investor guidelines, and internal policies.

The role identifies errors, analyzes risk trends, validates data integrity, and collaborates with servicing teams to drive corrective actions, while adhering to BSA requirements and established QC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2–5 years’ experience in mortgage servicing and/or Servicing QC.
• Experience on MSP Servicing and/ or ACEs software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly mortgage servicing QC audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review files and transitions to loss mitigation to ensure guidelines are met.
• Audit servicing functions: loan boarding, ARM setup, statements, escrow administration, mortgage insurance billing, fee assessments, and customer service interactions.
