Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service in our in-person retail stores. You will process cash transactions, open deposit and savings accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products while building lasting member relationships.

Strong communication skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is required. Occasional travel between locations and Saturday coverage rotation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is required)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions, open deposits, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to discover needs and provide superior service and expertise.
• Travel between Grow locations may be required; performs in-person service in retail stores and participates in Saturday coverage rotation.
