Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist in Florida to process deposits and accounts, discuss loan products, and build lasting member relationships. This in-person role requires a service mindset and the ability to travel between Grow locations, including occasional Saturday shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude for sales and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposits, savings, and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships to identify member needs and provide service.
• Travel between Grow locations and participate in Saturday coverage rotation.
