Foresight Bank is seeking a Consumer & Mortgage Document Specialist I to support loan documentation across consumer, mortgage, and small commercial products. You will prepare, review, and finalize documents, perform QC, and assist in maintaining departmental procedures and training materials.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. As part of the team, you will learn LaserPro, Jack Henry, AccuSystems, and SharePoint while handling funding and document uploads.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of loan or banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loan documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and maintain timely work flow.
• Good communication and teamwork within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares basic consumer loan documents under supervision, including installment loans and early disclosures.
• Learns systems (LaserPro, Jack Henry, AccuSystems, SharePoint).
• Performs basic funding for installment loans.
• Performs entry-level QC and document uploads.
• Supports ordering of title, evaluations, and appraisals with guidance.
• Ensures all documentation in working files is properly labeled and organized for a complete loan packet.
• Completes other projects and duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies.
