Job summary

You will verify documentation, ensure compliance with policy and senior approvals, and produce complete packages for all loan types.

Use LaserPro and internal systems, collaborate with lenders, and support third-party services while maintaining strict turnaround times and accuracy in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation, with LaserPro preferred.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes under deadline pressure.
• Proficient PC and related software skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents to support approved terms and conditions and adherence to policy and pricing.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans using internal software.
• Create complete loan document packages including promissory notes and security agreements.
• Assist with third-party services such as UCC filings and flood determinations.
• Provide guidance to lending personnel on documentation and policy issues.
• Identify potential problems and recommend resolutions.
• Participate in training and projects related to pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with bank initiatives and training of lending staff.
