Job summary

Erias Ventures is hiring a Software Engineer for the Secure the Enterprise initiative. The role focuses on automating security evaluation, streamlining processes, and monitoring across the full project life cycle.

You will support infrastructure management, CI/CD, and deployment while contributing to the organization’s security posture. The position may allow telework based on program requirements; a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years' experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Will facilitate infrastructure management, continuous integration, environment configuration and deployment as well as supporting the project’s compliance and security posture.
• Shall focus on delivering the automation that enables all the other teams to operate smoothly.
