Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience with at least four of the listed areas.
• Experience using HR data management systems such as SEMA4 or PeopleSoft.
• Administering FMLA and other leave requests.
• Applying policies, rules, and procedures to benefits, transactions, and payroll.
• Maintaining HR records and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave programs including FMLA, disability, military, workers’ comp, and accommodations.
• Serve as Vacation Donation Coordinator.
• Process HR transactions in SEMA4 and maintain electronic personnel files.
• Provide administrative and technical HR support to the team.
