This position plays a key role in supporting MNsure’s workforce and shaping the future of its HR operations. As the Leave Management and Transactions Coordinator, you will provide essential HR support by managing technical human resources processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and serving as a trusted resource for staff and managers.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of employee leave programs—including FMLA, disability, military, workers’ compensation, and workplace accommodations—and serve as the agency’s Vacation Donation Coordinator. You will also process human resources transactions in SEMA4, maintain electronic personnel files in EDMS/FILENET, and provide administrative and technical support to the HR team.

This position has access to documents/data containing labor relations information as defined by M.S. 13.37. Provides data and information to labor negotiations as it relates to workgroup, job allocation, and selection issues. Provides assistance and information for use in the development of a strike plan.
